The location offers easy access to major roads, perfect for travelers. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in hassle-free. However, the hot tub jets were not functional during my stay, which was disappointing. Overall, it's a decent option for a short visit with some room for improvement in facilities.

staying at best western was a great experience! the friendly staff helped us find our room and set up the internet. the hotel is conveniently located at the fork of two busy roads, making it easy to explore. plus, we enjoyed a lovely complimentary breakfast while taking advantage of their indoor heated pool.
the only downside was the absence of an elevator.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the clean, comfy room with two queen beds and the lovely pool area where I relaxed after a long drive. The quiet garden near the lobby was such a nice touch for unwinding, even if the stairs were a bit much after a long day. The only hiccup was that breakfast could be available a little longer, but overall it was a great experience! 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our family and dog. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was a delicious highlight, especially those waffles! Plus, the pool area was great for splashing around after a day of visiting the nearby Rocky Gap Casino and Golf Course.
My kids wished there were more activities for them to do at the hotel.

During my stay at Best Western Braddock Inn, I was impressed by the beautifully landscaped grounds and the friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile. Everything was easily accessible, making it a comfortable experience for seniors like myself.
Needs an elevator for easier access to upper floors.

I enjoyed a clean double room and appreciated the clean premises and updated decor. The pool was a nice touch too.

A stay in the King Room with Roll-in Shower was cozy, providing ample space and accessibility. The location near key roads makes it easy to hit local spots. The breakfast offered a solid selection to kick-start the day.
However, the hotel definitely shows its age. Dingy carpets and broken ice machines were noticeable, and the hot tub jets weren't working during my visit—a concern since those amenities should be functional. The HVAC fan only operated when cooling, limiting comfort options, and overgrown vegetation obstructed walkways outside.

missingWrote a review on Jul 12complimentary breakfastnice poolfurniture layoutmusty smellpoor air conditioning
The room had a musty smell upon arrival, and the air conditioning took a while to cool it down. I felt like I was breathing in stale air. The staff at the front desk could have been more accommodating. The complimentary breakfast offered a decent selection, but I found the eggs tasted a bit off. The area around the hotel was nice, and it was close to several good restaurants, which made dining easy. The pool was a pleasant space, but it could use more towels for guests. Some furniture in the room made walking around tricky. I tripped over the luggage cart while trying to get to the door. Overall, I think the hotel has potential with friendly staff, but the cleanliness and maintenance need to be addressed. I may consider staying again if improvements are made.

great access to parks and dining for exploring on foot
I enjoyed my stay, especially the well-maintained rooms and the delicious breakfast offered in the morning, which made fueling up for city strolls easy and enjoyable, and I loved how close I was to both Haystack Mountain and the Country Club Mall, making it a breeze to explore nature and grab a bite without needing to drive far.

We wanted a family getaway but had a less-than-ideal experience. The check-in process was quick, which was appreciated. However, the overcrowded pool and lack of towels made it frustrating. Breakfast choices were limited—free coffee helped. My suggestion, upgrade the pool area and kitchen management for a better experience.
